Being a surgeon, with special interest in major trauma & orthopaedic surgery, helped me to have the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure, capable to manage time and prioritize workload, balance urgent and important demands and follow instructions. I interact with my fellow mates with integrity and honesty which show a professional surgeon behaviour. I am able to communicate effectively and to show my understanding and feedback clearly impacted on my work and duties.

Therefore, I believe that managing trauma and orthopaedic cases needs dedication and logic thinking which is reflected by the latest BOAST guidelines to treat and manage polytrauma patient at any time. I have good dexterity skills and think in a comprehensive way to minimize mismanagement in critical scenarios. I always refer back to my seniors for advice and to learn from my mistake.

Also, I demonstrate leadership in different occasions and on-going continuous professional development with day-to-day self-reading and guidance, by working side to side with health quality personals and interact with my colleagues in a constructive and reflective feedback discussion.

I am self-motivated to my job and duties and do the best for myself as well as my patients. This is reflected by being involved in health quality improvement and management by reviewing and analysing audits and to negotiate to establishing a proposed pathway for any concern.
